Funeral services for Dianne Groan, 70, of Start, were held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, December 17, 2019 at the Abundant Life Full Gospel Fellowship, Start, with Sister Shirley Davidson and Bro. Stanton Groan officiating. 

Interment will follow under the direction of Brown-Holley Funeral Home, Rayville.

Mrs. Dianne was born November 4, 1949 in New Orleans and passed away Sunday, December 15, 2019 in Start.

Graveside services for Vernon Dale Parks, 65, of Rayville, will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, December 19, 2019 at Love Cemetery, Rayville.

Mr. Vernon was born November 25, 1954 in Winnsboro and passed away Sunday, December 15, 2019 in Rayville.

Mr. Vernon is preceded in death by his parents, James and Etoy Parks; brother, James Allen Parks; sisters-in-law, Linda Parks and Joy Parks; and nephew, Keith Parks

Funeral services for Donald (Hoot) Green, 92, of Delhi, will be at the Dunn Baptist Church.

Visitation will be Thursday, Dec. 12, from 5-8 p.m. at the Dunn Baptist Church. Funeral service will be Friday, Dec. 13, at 11 o’clock.

Hoot was born July 9, 1927 in Dubach, and passed away peacefully at his son, Huey’s, house in Pioneer on Monday, Dec. 9, 2019.

Hoot was a member of Dunn Baptist Church and enjoyed the Young at Heart group meetings and trips. 

Hoot worked for the Louisiana Department of Transportation in Monroe for 35 years.
