ur Tatum Gwin Jr., 73, of Belle Rose, were held Thursday, January 27, 2022 at Brown-Holley Funeral Chapel, Rayville. 

Interment followed in the Stevenson Cemetery, Rayville.

Mr. Arthur was born January 6, 1949, in Monroe and passed away Monday, January 24, 2022, in Thibodaux. 

He was a veteran with the U.S. Air Force and retired from Dow Chemical Company. 

He is preceded in death by his parents, T-Buck and Cloteel Gwin; siblings, Emma Simmons, Betty Roberts, Mae Kimball, Genevia Edwards, Prior Gwin, Gillis Gwin, Wayne Gwin and Roy Gwin.

Sue Duffey

Funeral services for Sue Duffey, 72, of Start, were held Friday, December 24, 2021, at the Crew Lake United Methodist Church, Start,  with Bro. Bentley Curry officiating. 

Interment followed in the New Salem Cemetery, Girard, under the direction of Brown-Holley Funeral Home, Rayville.

Mrs. Sue was born November 16, 1949, in Delhi and passed away Wednesday, December 22, 2021, in Start. She is preceded in death by her parents, Gaddis and Myrtle Bell Toney; brother, Kenneth Toney; and her grandson, Joshua Duffey.

Shirley Faye Thompson

Funeral services for Shirley Faye Thompson, 82, of Holly Ridge, were held  Sunday, December 26, 2021, at Bethel Baptist Church, Holly Ridge, with Bro. David Sistrunk and Bro. Martin Parker officiating. 

Interment followed in the Bethel Cemetery, Holly Ridge, under the direction of Brown-Holley Funeral Home, Rayville.

Barbara "BBass" McNaughton

Funeral services for Barbara "BBass" McNaughton, 51, of Rayville,  will be held at 1 p.m., Monday, December 27, 2021, at the First Baptist Church, Rayville, with Dr. Eddie Wren officiating. 
Interment will follow in Antioch Cemetery, Rayville, under the direction of Brown-Holley Funeral Home, Rayville.
Mrs. McNaughton was born March 29, 1970, in Pompano Beach, FL, and passed away Wednesday, December 15, 2021, in Rayville.

A graveside service for Orie Gene Morris, 83, of Rayville, was held Saturday, December 18, 2021, at Reflection Point Cemetery.

Services were under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home.
