Funeral services for Bert J. Deville, 85, of Mangham, will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, October 27, 2021, at Brown-Holley Funeral Chapel with Rev. George Deville and Mr. Jerry Bolin officiating.

Interment will follow in the Gwin Cemetery, Mangham.

Mr. Bert was born November 4, 1935, in Harrisonburg and passed away Wednesday, October 20, 2021, in Monroe.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Melitta Deville; parents, John and Palestine Deville; brothers, James Deville, Johnny Deville, Earl Deville and Vernon Deville; and his sisters, Helen Deville and Hazel Smith.

Barbara Jean Ivy

Memorial services for Barbara Jean Ivy, 68, of Rayville, were held Saturday, October 23, 2021, at the Faith Christian Church, Start, with Bro. Joel Parker officiating.

Mr. Barbara was born February 8, 1853 in Monroe and passed away Tuesday, October 19, 2021 in Rayville.

Oscar Claydeen Clack

Funeral services for Oscar Claydeen Clack, 91, of Rayville, were held Saturday, October 23, 2021, at the West New Home Baptist Church, Holly Ridge, with Bro. Mickey Bounds officiating. 

Interment followed in the Stevenson Cemetery, Rayville, under the direction of Brown-Holley Funeral Home, Rayville.

Mr. Claydeen was born February 10, 1930, in Holly Ridge and passed away Thursday, October 21, 2021, at his residence after a lengthy illness.

Funeral service for Mr. Billy Ray Starnes, 67, of Monroe, will be held at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, October 26, 2021, in the chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home, Monroe. 

Interment will follow in Wynn Cemetery in Start. Visitation will be from noon until service time Tuesday at Mulhearn Funeral Home, Monroe.

Dewayne was born September 21, 1979 in Monroe and passed away Saturday, October 23, 2021, in Rayville.
