Mr. Joe was born August 22, 1945 in Archibald and passed away Tuesday, July 20, 2021. in Monroe. Mr. Joe is preceded in death by his parents, Arthur Joe “Bob” Chapman and Margaret Evelyn “Bobbie” Chapman.
John Charles Leibenguth, 59, of Rayville, was born October 14, 1961 in Baton Rouge and passed away Saturday, July 17, 2021, in Rayville.
The family will have a private graveside service at a later date.

Mr. Charles was born January 21, 1964 in Pioneer and passed away Sunday, July 18, 2021, in Rayville.
Mr. Charles is preceded in death by his father, Charles P. Hopper II; and his brother, Jimmy Ivey.
Louisiana’s 50th governor, Edwin Washington Edwards, was born on August 7, 1927, and passed from this world on July 12, 2021. He was one month shy of his 94th birthday.
