Dorothy S. Berndt, 77, of Rayville, was born May 15, 1944 in Oak Grove and passed away Sunday, August 29, 2021, in Monroe.

Graveside services for Bobbie Jean Aaron, 78, of Rayville, were held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, August 31, 2021, at the Rayville Masonic Cemetery, Rayville, with Bro. Prentis Gandy officiating under the direction of Brown-Holley Funeral Home, Rayville.
Mrs. Bobbie was born March 28, 1943 in Rayville and passed away Friday, August 27, 2021, in Shreveport
She is preceded in death by her husband, James W. “Jim” Aaron; and her parents, Braxton and Marcelle Williams.
Funeral service celebrating the life of Mr. Ralph Vernon Powell Sr. of Rayville was held Friday, August 20, 2021, in the chapel of Griffin Funeral Home, 911 Warren Drive, West Monroe, with Pastor Paul Laird officiating.
Interment followed with military honors at the Rayville Masonic Cemetery, under the direction of Griffin Funeral Home.
Ralph was born December 10, 1926, and passed from this life August 13, 2021, at his home in Richland Parish at the age of 94.
Graveside services for Mrs. Rebecca “Becky” Hatch Davis, 74, of Rayville, will be at 10 a.m. Thursday, August 26, 2021, at Union Methodist Church Cemetery with Rev. Dave Phillips officiating.
Mrs. Davis was born March 9, 1947 and went to be with her Lord and Savior on August 22, 2021.
William “Billy” Francis was born in Baton Rouge Oct. 28, 1942 and passed away Aug. 16, 2021 in Baton Rouge as a result of Covid.
He wished to be cremated and his ashes scattered in Rayville.
At his request, there will be visitation or funeral service. Also, no memorials.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Wilma Jones Francis and Leroy Francis; his brother, Joe Francis; and aunt and uncle, Ellis and Phil Dickens.
