Mr. Calloway was born October 31, 1947, in Rayville and passed away Wednesday, May 18, 2022, in Delhi.
Mr. Charles is preceded in death by his parents, Charlie K. and Thelmerline Calloway; brother, Jeffery K. Calloway.
