William Francis

William “Billy” Francis was born in Baton Rouge Oct. 28, 1942 and passed away Aug. 16, 2021 in Baton Rouge as a result of Covid.
He wished to be cremated and his ashes scattered in Rayville.
At his request, there will be visitation or funeral service. Also, no memorials.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Wilma Jones Francis and Leroy Francis; his brother, Joe Francis; and aunt and uncle, Ellis and Phil Dickens.
He is survived by his sister, Sue Francis Greer; brother-in-law, Wenchy Greer; nephews, Brent Greer and Roy Francis; niece, Michelle Levy; and a faithful friend, Doyle Hammons.
