Graveside services for Marvin Odell Ross, 62, of Start, were held February 13, 2022, at Start Cemetery, Start, with Bro. Eddie Davis officiating under the direction of Brown-Holley Funeral Home, Rayville.
Mr. Marvin was born September 13, 1959, in Rayville, and passed away Thursday, February 10, 2022, in Rayville.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Lena “Cooter” Ross; and his father-in-law, Willis Frith.
Survivors include his wife of 41 years, Patsy Ross of Start; children, Darryn Frith and wife, Amber, Jamie Campbell and wife, Rachel, Brandy McKinney and husband, Bobby, and Kandi Huber and husband, Derrick; grandchildren, Brianna Frith, Madison Frith, Rayleigh Frith, Alaya-Claire Frith, Angel Campbell, Christian Campbell, Jazmyne Campbell, Landry Campbell, Heavin McKinney, Brayson McKinney, Dekota Huber, Koltyn Huber and Kassidee Huber; great-grandchildren, Easton Campbell and Jaxon Hardy; siblings, Frances Goodson and husband, Ralph, Margie Ross, Robert S. Ross and wife, Lucy, and Lori Adams and husband, Guyon; special niece, Bambi Williams and husband, Brandon.
Pallbearers were Brandon Williams, Derrick Huber, Koltyn Huber, Evan Blackmon, George Word Jr., George Word III, Devon Dunn and Dr. Kevin Carlisle.
Honorary pallbearers were Marine Recruit, Dekota Huber, Darryn Frith, Eddie Word, John White, Mickey Wynn, Mike Sykes and Wendell Malone.
