Lillian Maieve Walls

A memorial funeral service for Mrs. Lillian Maieve Walls, 78, of Shreveport were held Saturday, June 29, 2019 at Antioch Baptist Church, Rayville, with Bro. Keith Evans officiating. 

Mrs. Walls was a Registered Nurse and loved her work helping others in need. She loved to read, make crafts, watch TV and cater food. Her real passion was helping people and by the nature of being a nurse this was something she enjoyed tremendously. 

Ms. Walls was preceded in death by her parents, Truitt Gammill and Etellcer Evans Gammill, brother Wilson (Buddy) Travis Gammill, and sister Dorothy Sue Gammill. 

She is survived by her sister Mrs. Glenda Coe of Troop Texas, daughters; Christina Gray of Shreveport, LA, and Dorothy Barnes of Norfolk, VA; four grandchildren: Daniel Gray, LeAnn Philiops, Wesley Barnes and Sammuel Barnes; one great grandchild: Luna Philoips, numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Funeral services are under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home Rayville.
