Kennon Clingan Walker

Kennon Clingan Walker, 79 of Mangham, passed away on Wednesday, November 7, 2018 at Glenwood Hospital after a brief illness. 

Born on September 30, 1939 in Baskin, LA, she was the daughter of the late Cecil and Lucille Clingan.  She was a retired Certified Nurse Assistant for 30 years. 

Kennon was preceded in death by her husband, Les Walker and three brothers Cecil Ray, Jack and Bobby Clingan. 

She is survived by a son, Patrick Walker and wife Jennifer of Sparks, NV, one grandson, Joshua Walker; brothers WIllie Earl (Bud) Clingan, Marvin Clingan (Jean) and sister Barbara Walker (Adron).

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m., Tuesday, November 13, 2018 at Mulhearn Funeral Home, Winnsboro, LA with Reverend

Buford Brady officiating. Interment will follow at Reagan Cemetery in Baskin, LA under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home of Winnsboro.  

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday, November 13, 2018 at Mulhearn Funeral Home Winnsboro. 

Pallbearers will be Ernie Clingan, Robert Walker, Patrick Pierce, Danny Williams, Marlin Valentine and Mitchell Valentine.
