Funeral services for Darlene Williams, 87, of Mangham, will be held at 11 a.m., Thursday, May 19, 2022, at Lone Cherry Baptist Church, Mangham, with Bro. Doyle Adams and Dean Williams officiating. 

Interment will follow in the Lone Cherry Cemetery, Mangham, under the direction of Brown-Holley Funeral Home, Rayville.

Mrs. Darlene was born December 28, 1934, in Mangham and passed away Sunday, May 15, 2022, in Mangham. 

She is preceded in death by her husband of 66 years, Bennie Lee Williams; her parents, John Mercer, Jr and Evelyn.

Survivors include her sons, Joel L. Williams and wife, Leah, of Mangham, Gary L. Williams and wife, Sallie, of Rayville, Ben A. Williams and wife, Connie, of Rayville, Dean M. Williams and wife, Gail, of Boise, ID; grandchildren, Joel L. Williams Jr., and wife, Brandy, Jessica Perry and husband, Jamie, Claudia Williams, Gary Lynn Williams and wife, Ashley, Heath Williams, Jared Williams and wife, Mallory, Alan Williams, Price Williams and Eve Williams; great-grandchildren, Taylor Williams, Zane Williams, Cade Bailey, Cole Bailey, Brooklyn Kate Bailey, Drake Owen Williams, Ross Adler Williams, Macon Bryce Williams and Brock Miller Williams; sisters, Ann Everad and husband, Bob, and Maxine Free; and brothers, Billy Joe Mercer and wife, Joann, and Claude Mercer and wife, Carolyn. 

Pallbearers will be Jared Williams, Gary Lynn Williams, Price Williams, Joel Lee Williams Jr., Troy Williams, Heath Williams, Alan Williams and Robert Malmay.

Honorary pallbearers will be Johnny R. Lambert, Mark Graham and Robert Neal Harwell. 

Visitation is 10–11 a.m., Thursday, May 19, 2022, at Lone Cherry Baptist Church, Mangham.
