Charles E. Stovall

Funeral services for Charles E. Stovall, 76, of Rayville, will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, August 10, 2022, at Brown-Holley Funeral Chapel, Rayville, with Bro. Jeff Thomas officiating. 

Interment will follow in the Greer Cemetery, Rayville.

Mr. Charles was born November 23, 1945 in Rayville and passed away Sunday, August 7, 2022, in Monroe. 

Mr. Charles was a veteran with the U.S. Army.

He is preceded in death by his parents, George and Ruby Stovall; brothers, Ed Stovall and Sammy Stovall; sister, Linda Lowery; and niece, Christy Frey.

Survivors include his wife of 59 years, Lynda Stovall of Rayville; sons, John “Jamie” Stovall and wife, Mary, of Rayville and Jason Randall Stovall and wife, Piper, of Rayville; grandchildren, Payton Stovall, Cameron Stovall, Madison Stovall, and Braden Hough; and his numerous nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Andrew Sullivan, Scott Langley, Damien Odom, Melvin Hollis, Hunter Antley, and Chris Franks.
