Delhi will host volunteer clean-up day

In partnership with the Keep Louisiana Beautiful - Love The Boot campaign, the Town of Delhi will hold its community clean-up on April 23.
“We are asking for all individuals, churches, groups, organizations, businesses, etc., to come out to support our efforts,” Delhi Mayor Jesse Washington said.
Participants should meet at 8 a.m. April 23 at Delhi Town Hall to sign and delegate targeted areas to focus on during the day.
The town will provide a dumpster for its citizens to trash large items. Organizers will place this dumpster beside the stock show barn from April 18-24.
“Please take advantage of this opportunity,” Washington said.
