Rayville Police Chief Markus Turner announced the Rayville Police Department made the following arrests for the week of Dec. 18-25.
• Machella Mack, 30, 215 Russell St.; Rayville; disturbing the peace.
• Ariel Martin-Garcia, 28, 311 S. Loop 250W, Midland, Texas; theft less than $300.
• Zadarian Edwards, 18, 409 Rosa St., Rayville; disturbing the peace (general), resisting arrest (two counts), battery on a police officer and illegal carrying of a weapon.

The Rayville Police Department issued four traffic citations this week. That number includes one each for careless operation with an accident, damage to property greater than $100, speeding and no driver’s license.
