Police Report

Rayville Police Chief Markus Turner announced the Rayville Police Department made the following arrests for the week of Nov. 7-13.

• Cyrstal Barrow, 44, 401 Bonner Ferry Road, Rayville; resisting arrest by false information, theft greater than $300, disturbing the peace (general) and possession of Schedule V.

• Alexander Hicks, 26, 32 Plumtree Drive, Rayville; domestic abuse by strangulation,  possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, possession of Schedule I and possession of a firearm in the presence of a controlled dangerous substance.

• Woodrow Fairley, 55, 208 Cotton St., Rayville; failure to appear on failure to report an accident.

The Rayville Police Department issued a total of 9 traffic citations this week. That number includes four for speeding and one each for wrong way on a one-way, no driver’s license, improper lane use with an accident, failure to yield with an accident and following too closely with an accident.
