Police Report

The Rayville Police Department made the following arrests for the week of May 22-29.

• Kimberly Bumgarden, 26, 1345 McDonald Lane, Jena; damage to property greater than $100 (two counts) and resisting arrest (two counts).

• Zadarian Edwards, 18, 409 Rosa St., Rayville; simple battery.

• Ladasia Jackson, 26, 316 Russell St., Apt. 41, Rayville; disturbing the peace by fighting.

• Shaquille Naylor, 29, 608 Martin Luther King Drive, Rayville; simple battery.

• Cedric Cooks, 26, 106 Donna St., Rayville; damage to property greater than $100 (two counts).

• Steven Webb, 44, 205 Waldorf St., Rayville; resisting arrest by flight and allowing an unlicensed driver to drive.

• Two juveniles were arrested this week. One was charged with simple battery and one with resisting arrest.

The Rayville Police Department issued a total of three traffic citations this week. That number includes one each for no driver’s license in possession, impeding traffic flow and speeding.
