Saint’s Alive host April meeting
Saint’s Alive, a ministry of First Baptist Church, Rayville, met April 30, at the Richland Baptist Encampment at Alto.
President Helen Diamond welcomed everyone. We were so happy to have Erly Ray Bradshaw visiting with us. Anyone 55 years and older is welcome to visit.
If after you visit and you would like to join up, the membership fee is $10.
Saints who had Happy Birthdays during the month were recognized and sung to. Prayer requests were given. Brother Rayland Trisler prayed over the prayer needs and blessed the food. A delicious fish fry with all the trimmings and awesome desserts prepared by some of our precious Saints was enjoyed by all. We had the most wonderful time eating and fellowshipping outdoors in God’s beautiful creation. It is so peaceful and tranquil out on the banks of Boeuf River at the encampment.
A wonderful concert of Christian songs was enjoyed by all. One of the Saints Alive favorite groups, Four By Grace, ministered to us. Everyone was so blessed by the anointed singing. You could sense the presence ofthe Lord. We so enjoyed the songs to the Lord, while enjoying God’s beautiful creation. We had the perfect setting for this awesome gospel concert.
Four By Grace is composed of a very talented group of anointed folks who do not come to entertain but to minister. They have been singing for Saints Alive for 15 years. The members are our local folks, Rickey Cooper, Rayland Trisler, Mike Sullivan, Jerome Vascocu and our precious Jaimee Harrell on the piano.
Saints Alive has another meeting on May 21. We are so excited to have for our entertainment, Jericho Project. We always are so excited and blessed to be ministered to by this anointed group.
We break during the summer months and won’t meet again until September.
Saints Alive ended with their theme song, When The Saints Go Marching In, led by our Song Leader Charlotte McKnight.
