A memorial service will be held at a later date under the direction of BrownHolley Funeral Home.

He was born Feb. 2, 1968, in Monroe to the union of Randall and Edna Walker.

He was a great dad, with a beautiful voice. He was a big man – tall, and impossible to miss. But what truly made him larger than life was his heart.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Randall and Edna Walker; and nephew, Jordan Walker Gooding.

Those left to cherish his memory include his daughter, Shelby Walker of Start; and siblings, Juanita Gooding of Monroe, Randy Walker (Lou) of Gilbert and Audrey Walker of Celina, Texas.
