Mrs. Marcia was born September 24, 1953, in Monroe, and passed away Thursday, August 7, 2025, in Monroe.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Marvin and Mattie Foster.
Survivors include her husband of 53 1/2 years, John Hillis; daughter, Michelle Hillis; grandchildren, Karly Hunt, Lucas Hunt, Izzy Hunt, and Chloe Parker; siblings, Phyllis Hammond and Jeannie Lord; and numerous nieces and nephews.
