Troy was born Oct 29 in Shreveport, and passed away July 6 at Ochsner Medical Center in New Orleans after a brief illness.

He is preceded in death by grandparents Joe and Zula Williams of Mangham, and Jules and Rose Blass of Kerrville, TX; and his uncles, Bennie and Onnie, of Mangham.

He is survived by his parents, Julie Williams of Austin, TX, and his father, Oliver Williams and wife, Angie, of Fredericksburg, TX; a sister, Leslie Royce and husband, Richard, of High Wycombe, UK; and their two sons, Callum and Dylan; two aunts, Joann Williams Lee of Monroe, and Cookie Williams Wheeler of Mangham; a special friend of 26 years, Shannon Thames; and host of extended family and friends.
