Carol Downes Cudd was extremely popular and deserved all the honors that she received. This picture shows why she was chosen The Pretties Girl at RHS. It does not show how sweet and caring she is. Her parents were Lasley and Julia Downes and were well known add respected in the community. They have one younger daughter, Judy Mayer and her husband Mike.
