The Rayville Kiwanis Club will host its annual Christmas parade at 10 a.m. Dec. 6 in downtown Rayville.
This year’s theme is “Christmas Through the Decades.”
Festivities will include floats, marching bands, dance groups, classic cars, holiday characters and an appearance by Santa Claus. The event is free and open to the public.
Businesses, schools, churches, and community groups are invited to participate at no cost.
Lineup will begin at 9 a.m. in the First Baptist Church parking lot.
Organizers remind the public that the FBC lot is reserved for parade lineup only and should not be used for spectator parking.
The Kiwanis Club parade is a long-standing tradition that brings the community together each holiday season.
Families are encouraged to attend and celebrate the start of Christmas in Rayville.
