Workforce secretary to speak in Rayville

Business and community leaders from across a 10-parish area are invited to a special workforce breakfast Oct. 28 at the Rayville Civic Center.

Doors will open at 8:30 a.m., with comments beginning at 9 a.m. Tickets are $15 per person, with preregistration preferred. Breakfast will be provided by HeBrews Coffee and Eats.

Louisiana Workforce Commission Secretary Susie Schowen will be the featured speaker. She is expected to share updates and insights that impact the region’s workforce.

Organizers expect between 75 and 100 attendees. Sponsorship opportunities are available, with $500 title sponsorships offering recognition in promotional materials, logo placement on signage and programs, verbal acknowledgment during opening remarks, complimentary tickets, and opportunities to distribute materials to participants.
