Winnsboro- headquartered WSB has announced the addition of Samantha Chapman as universal banker.
With more than 10 years of experience in community banking, Chapman has provided financial solutions and guidance to customers across Northeast Louisiana. Now, she brings her services to WSB’s Richland Parish locations in Mangham and Rayville.
