Evelyn L. Davison Littleton will celebrate her 88th birthday on Aug. 20.
She was born on Aug. 20, 1937 in Rayville. Her mother was Myrtle Davision and her father was the Rev. C.J. Davision. The family lived on farmland in Rayville and she remembers picking cotton with her siblings before they went to school.
Later, she married Johnny Odell Littleton and the couple moved to Chicago, IL, where they had six children.
Mrs. Davison loves being around her family and doing crossword puzzle books in her spare time. She still enjoys helping others.
The best time of her day is meal time and physical therapy and occupational therapy.
Mrs. Davis is a retired nurse and nurse instructor for CNA, LPN and home health. She loves her church family at Holly Ridge Baptist Church where she often helped with blood drives and breast cancer awareness events.
Her daughter, Evelyn K. Littleton, and her family wish to tell her happy birthday and they love her dearly.
