The massive $10 billion Meta Data Center development near Delhi in Richland Parish continues to take shape, and with that type of growth, comes an increase in traffic volume. DOTD is monitoring the changes in traffic flow, and implementing appropriate changes – such as the recent conversion of several intersections to all-way stops. Those intersections will eventually see traffic signals installed.
