Richland Parish Sheriff’s Office deputies recently participated in the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development’s Work Zone Traffi c Control Training for Law Enforcement.
This course is designed to equip law enforcement officers with the knowledge they need and to keep both workers and motorists safe in and around roadway construction zones.
“As always, we’re committed to improving roadway safety and staying up to date on best practices when responding to incidents near or within work zones,” Richland Parish Sheriff Neal Harwell said.
