• The Delhi 12U AllStars will host a fish fry fundraiser from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. July 26 by Delhi City Hall. The fundraiser is sponsored by the Richland Parish Sheriff’s Office.
• Shady Grove A.M.E. Church, 1520 Highway 132, Mangham, will sponsor a Night of Musical Tribute and Celebration in honor of Pastor Henry and Lady Odell Lowery at 5 p.m. July 26.

• Richland Parish’s annual back-toschool celebration for all schools will be held from 4-6:30 p.m. July 31 at the Rayville Civic Center. Highlights include performances by local cheer and dance teams, a youth career expo, snowcones, door prizes, and free meals provided by the Richland Parish Sheriff’s Department. Students must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
