Rayville Police Chief Markus Turner announced the Rayville Police Department has reported the following activity for the week of June 30 through July 6.
Criminals arrests were made for simple assault, resisting arrest by flight (three counts), careless operation, possession of marijuana, aggravated assault, no driver’s license and driving under suspension (two counts).
••• The Rayville Police Department issued a total of 17 traffic citations this week. That number includes 15 for speeding and one each for impeding traffi c flow and driving left of center.
