• Richland Parish’s annual back-toschool celebration for all schools will be held from 4-6:30 p.m. July 31 at the Rayville Civic Center. Highlights include performances by local cheer and dance teams, a youth career expo, snow cones, door prizes, and free meals provided by the Richland Parish Sheriff’s Department. Students must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
• The Richland Parish Chamber of Commerce will host its 4th Annual Golf Tournament Sept. 4 at Black Bear Golf Course in Delhi.
