The Northeast Louisiana Veterans Cemetery in Rayville will host a Memorial Day Program at 11 a.m. on May 26 honoring the sacrifices of veterans and service members.
The event will feature retired Col. Dr. Jerome Buller as the guest speaker. Dr. Buller, who serves as the deputy secretary and medical director for the Louisiana Department of Veterans Affairs, brings decades of experience in military service and veteran care.
Service organizations wishing to place a memorial wreath during the ceremony are encouraged to contact the cemetery at 318-728-4346 in advance. VIP guests are requested to RSVP.
Due to expected large crowds, parking will be limited, and attendees are advised to arrive early and carpool if possible.
