The VFW, American Legion and American Legion Auxiliary are holding a raffle to raise working funds. Pictured selling raffle tickets are, Eleanor Gladney, on the left, with the Auxiliary, and on the right, Susan Johnston, with the Auxiliary and the Legion. Prizes include a $500 gift card, a charcoal grill, an air rifle, a crawfish boiling kit and table, a cordless drill. The drawing will be held at 6 p.m. July 1 at Rhymes Memorial Library. Tickets are $5 and you don’t have to be present to win.
