The Richland Revitalization Board sponsored its first Love the Boot clean up day April 12 in Rayville. Love the Boot is a statewide initiative from Lt Governor Billy Nungesser’s office designed to help fight litter and beautify Louisiana. Delhi also held an Love the Boot event over the weekend.
