Friends of the Richland Parish Library is accepting new members.
FORPL or FRIENDS is a group of individuals who donate their time and expertise to support, promote, and raise awareness of Richland Parish Library. They do this through advocacy, fundraising (such as book sales, cake sales, painting classes, raffles, etc.) and accepting of donations.
