Funeral services for Billy Don Barmore “Goat Roper,” 79, of Mangham, were held Friday, April 5, 2024 at Brown-Holley Funeral Chapel, Rayville, with Bro. George Bates and Bro. Steven Rainwater officiating.
Interment was in the Gwin Cemetery, Mangham, under the direction of Brown-Holley Funeral Home, Rayville.
Mr. Billy was born November 24, 1944, in Rayville and passed away Wednesday, April 3, 2024, in Winnsboro.
