The Richland Parish Sheriff’s Office TRIAD program will host its annual Day at the Lake on May 1 at Poverty Point State Park in Delhi.
The event will begin at 10 a.m. and will feature live entertainment by Mike McKenzie, along with a full day of fellowship and activities for attendees.
Organizers say the gathering is designed to bring members of the community together while providing information and resources that promote safety and well-being.
Local businesses and service organizations are invited to participate by setting up informational booths to share services and programs available to residents of Richland Parish.
Officials with the sheriff’s office say the booths help connect community members with valuable resources while also strengthening partnerships between public agencies, local organizations and residents.
