Gene Cloninger
Gene Cloninger began his job as the general manager of the Richland Beacon-News in March 1975. Here, he’s shown looking over the paper in his office at 105 North Louisa in Rayville. Cloninger brought more than 25 years experience in advertising and country journalism in the Louisiana weekly newspaper field.
