Delhi won the last time they faced Delta Charter, and things went their way on Feb. 12, too.
The Bears claimed a resounding 82-20 victory over the Storm. With the Bears ahead 50-13 at the half, the contest was all but over already.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Delhi to victory, but perhaps none more so than Kamarrio Banks, who shot 64 percent from the field on his way to 15 points along with five rebounds and three steals. Banks is on a roll when it comes to steals, as he’s now grabbed two or more in each of the last four games he’s played.
The team also got some help courtesy of Jayden Lusk, who posted nine points and five steals.
The win made it two in a row for Delhi and bumps their season record up to 9-17.
Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 74.5 points over those games.
As for Delta Charter, they are on a five-game losing streak that dropped them down to 2-21.
Delhi wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match up, a 78-37 win against General Trass on Feb. 14.
