The Richland Parish Library will celebrate its 100th year of service on April 15 at the Rayville branch.
The library, established in 1926, is marking a century as a parish library with a special event beginning with presentations at 11 a.m., followed by a luncheon at noon.
The celebration will be held at the Richland Parish Library Rayville Branch, 1410 N. Louisa Street in Rayville
