Stockshow queens announced

The Little Miss Louisiana Stockshow Pageant was held Jan. 10 at the Delhi High School auditorium, drawing contestants from across the region to compete in agegroup divisions ranging from infants to teens.

Top statewide titles included Jacie Brent, who was crowned Miss Louisiana Stockshow, and Raimey Lafontaine, who received the Miss Louisiana Teen Stockshow title. Sydney Sotak was named Miss Louisiana Dixie Stockshow Teen, Bella Miller earned the title of Miss Louisiana Heart of Dixie Stockshow Teen, and Paris Chance was crowned Miss Richland Parish Teen.

In the 0–11 months division, Lainey McAlpine was crowned queen. Brooklyn Green was named first runner-up, followed by Zoee’Lynn Carroll as second runner-up.

The 12–23 months division was won by Weslie Kate Reeves. Ava Meeks earned first runner-up honors, Ella Joy Hoppe placed second runner-up, and Ellayne Reddick was named third runner-up.

In the 2–3 years division, Ellie Boro took the crown. Pyper Ward was first runner- up, Maddy Rose Hoppe finished second runner-up, and Promise Jones placed third runner-up.

The 4–5 years division was won by Ellie Cotton, who also received the title of People’s Choice Queen. Christine Prine was named first runner-up, Vidalia McDermott placed second runner-up, and Aubrey Ogden earned third runner-up.

In the 6–7 years division, Kaylee Crymes was crowned queen, with Elizabeth Woods as first runner-up and Austyn Prine as second runner-up.

The 8–10 years division saw Mary Katherine Shelton take top honors. Makenzlie Kendricks was named first runner-up, Isabella Velazquez placed second runner-up, and Lillie Duchesne finished as third runner-up.

In the 11–13 years division, Sophia Sims earned the title, followed by Brayleigh Lord as first runner-up, Mallie Cobb as second runnerup, and Brooklyn Myers as third runner-up.

The 14–17 years division was won by Keely Chevallier. Piper Moroni was named first runner-up, Kensington Waters placed second runner-up, and Payton Thomas earned third runner-up honors.

Additional overall titles were also awarded during the event. Ensley Tindall was named the 0–5 Years Supreme Queen, while Rowen Lafontaine earned the title of 6 Years and Up Supreme Queen. The Donation Queen title was awarded to Payton Thomas.

Organizers said the pageant celebrated confidence, poise and community involvement while highlighting the strong participation and support surrounding the Louisiana Stockshow tradition.
