Riverfield Academy will host its annual Riverfield Day on March 6, featuring an afternoon and evening of family activities, food and fundraising events.
Festivities will begin with a carnival at Raider Stadium from 3:30–5 p.m. A silent auction, student art displays and raffles will open at 4:30 p.m. in the school gym.
A movie will be shown in the aftercare room at 6 p.m. for students in prekindergarten through fifth grade. The evening will also include a live auction beginning at 6 p.m.
Food plates featuring fried fish or chicken strips with fries will be available for $10 per plate. Desserts will be available for purchase in the gym.
Organizers say proceeds from Riverfield Day help support school programs and activities. Those interested in donating items or contributing to the event are encouraged to speak with any committee member.
