Delhi’s last matchup with St. Frederick could’ve gone either way, but unfortunately the same can’t be said for the pair’s game on Saturday.
St. Frederick won the game 77-47.
Jayden Lusk, despite the final result, went 7 for 16 on his way to 18 points. Lusk has been hot recently, having also posted two or more steals the last three times he’s played. Another player making a difference was Jatavius Hester, who almost dropped a doubledouble with nine points and nine rebounds.
Delhi has been struggling recently as they’ve lost three of their last four contests. That’s put a noticeable dent in their 7-16 record this season.
That patch can’t be blamed on the team’s offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 56.5 points over those games.
