Registration will be from 10 to 10:30 a.m. with the pageant beginning at 11 a.m.
The pageant will return to its original venue this year. Organizers ask contestants to arrive as ready as possible due to limited dressing space, and note no food or drinks are allowed inside the auditorium.

Age groups for the competition include 0–11 months, 12–23 months, 2–3 years, 4–5 years, 6–7 years, 8–10 years, 11–13 years and 14–17 years. Organizers noted age groups may change depending on entries. Contestants ages 0–10 will receive a princess crown.
Each age group will include runners-up, a queen and side awards for most beautiful, most photogenic, best fashion, best eyes, best hair and best personality.
Attire is mother’s choice. Dresses will be judged only on fit and color, not glitz level. Age-appropriate makeup is required and no wigs, tans or other artificial enhancements are allowed for any age group. People’s Choice details have not been finalized.
