The Richland Parish School Board’s proposed 2023-2024 Consolidated Budget is available for public inspection at the Richland Parish School Board Office, 411 Foster Street, Rayville, Louisiana during regular business hours. A public hearing on the proposed budget will be held at 5:30 P.M. on September 12, 2023 at the Richland Parish School Board office. The School Board will consider adoption of the proposed budget at their regular board meeting at 6:00 P.M. on September 12, 2023.
