Chief Turner would like to remind parents of the curfew for juveniles in the Town of Rayville. He stated from Sunday through Thursday, the curfew is at 10 p.m. and on Friday through Saturday the curfew is midnight. He encourage all parents and guardians to keep their children off the streets after these hours.

Chief Turner stated observing the curfew plays an important part in keeping children out of trouble. He stated more crimes take place late at night than during day light hours. Therefore, keeping your children safe inside your home after curfew would protect them from these types of activities.

Chief Turner stated if law enforcement officers and parents work together, we can save our children.
