Police Report

Rayville Police Chief Markus Turner announced the Rayville Police Department made the following arrests for the week of May 7-14.

• Earl L. Rice, 46; no motor vehicle inspection sticker, driving under suspension, no insurance, no registration and improperly stopped.

• Bobby Lawson , 55; speeding, careless operation, no driver’s license and failure to register.

• Timothy Reynolds, 29; failure to appear on no driver’s license, failure to appear on no license plate, failure to appear on careless operation, failure to appear on failure to secure registration and failure to appear on driving under suspension.

The Rayville Police Department issued a total of nine traffic citations this week. That number includes five for speeding and one each for wrong way one a one way, expired driver’s license (over six months), failure to secure registration and no driver’s license.
