Rayville Police Chief Markus Turner announced the Rayville Police Department made the following arrests for the week of March 26 through April 2.
• Dacarlus Harris, 37; driving under suspension, expired license plate, failure to secure registration, no inspection sticker and no proof of insurance.

The Rayville Police Department issued a total of 14 traffic citations this week. That number includes five for speeding, two each for expired license plate and failure to secure registration and one each for no motor vehicle inspection, no proof of insurance, no headlight, driving under suspension and no insurance.
