Police Report

Rayville Police Chief Markus Turner announced the Rayville Police Department made the following arrests for the week of Feb. 12-28.

• DeMarcus Thompson, 26, damage to property.

• Laterrance White,,  35, no driver’s license and simple battery.

• Nubian Woods, 25; disturbing the peace by profanity, remaining after being forbidden, resisting arrest and battery on a police officer.

• Benjamin Bobrowski, 20; simple assault and violation of court orders.

• Two juveniles were arrested. One was charged with resisting arrest and simple battery and one with disturbing the peace by fighting.

The Rayville Police Department issued a total of two traffic citations this week for speeding.
