Northeast Louisiana Stockshow under way

The Northeast Louisiana Livestock Show is now underway in Delhi.

Exhibitors from throughout northeast Louisiana are already gathered at the Livestock Show Barn in Delhi and judging is underway.

Meanwhile, the 82nd annual parade will kick off at 10 a.m. Feb. 4 in downtown Delhi.

Musician Zach O’Neil will warm up the crowd beginning at 9 a.m. Friday.

This year the parade will be led by the American Flag carried by Abby Claire Hillman, daughter of Vince and Susan Hillman  of Epps.

In addition to the parade and the annual livestock show, Johnson Rides LLC is providing an expanded carnival for this year’s stockshow.

The carnival feature 11 rides along with food and games for all ages. It will be set up next to the Delhi Civic Center through Saturday.
