Funeral services for Gary Lynn Weatherly, 65, of Baskin, will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, January 18, 2023, at the First United Pentecostal Church of Rayville, with Bishop Robert Stroud and Pastor Stacy Thomas Jr., officiating.

Interment will be in the Pleasant Hale Cemetery, Baskin, under the direction of Brown-Holly in Rayville. 

Gary was born on November 24, 1957, to Bill and Baby Weatherly and passed from this life on January 15, 2023, at his home in Baskin.

James William Walker

Funeral services for James William Walker, 79, of Delhi, will be held at 1 p.m., Thursday, January 12, 2023, at the Dunn Baptist Church, Dunn, with Bro. Terry Ganey and Bro. Bernard Duchesne officiating. 

Interment will be in the Newton Cemetery, Dunn, under the direction of Brown-Holley Funeral Home, Rayville.

Jerome Austin Nelson

A private family memorial for Jerome “Jerry” Austin Nelson, 79, was held Friday, January 6, 2023 at Brown-Holley Funeral Chapel, Rayville, with Mr. Robbie George and Mr. Ryan George officiating.

Interment was in the Coax Cemetery, Baskin.

Jerry, of Pineville, was born on August 21, 1943, and passed away Tuesday, December 27, 2022, after a brief illness.

Funeral services for Billy Ray Lowery, 83, of Mangham,  were held Tuesday, January 10, 2023, at Mangham Baptist Church, Mangham,  with Bro. William Burgess and Bro. Ricky Fife officiating. 

Interment was in the Gwin Cemetery, Mangham, under the direction of Brown-Holley Funeral Home, Rayville.

Mr. Billy was born April 20, 1939, in Mangham and passed away Sunday, January 8, 2023, in Monroe.
